Netfelas Management and Projects is a 100% black-owned BBBEE Level One Contributor founded in 2016 by Mr Andani Nethononda. It started as a Photographic brand by the name of Netfela Net-so Edits.
In 2021 it changed its name to Netfelas Management and Projects and became a Pty Ltd entity registered with the registrar of companies at Pretoria CIPC Head Office.

Human Capital
Netfelas Management and Projects employs more than 10 permanent staff. In support of creating job opportunities for the youth and local socio-economic upliftment, we employ additional human resources in excess of 10 part time youth sourced from the local communities within which projects are located.
Our Team
Andani holds a certification in business management certified by International Labour Organization (ILO) and has in excess of 7 years’ experience in sales and customer services from big well known retail brands, and since 2021 as a Managing Director.
Andani’s vast experience and hands-on approach has made him to grow the company. In 2023 Andani started the process of mentoring the unemployed youth in business start-ups and management and entrepreneurship. Andani continues to play a major role in the daily operations and management of the Company.
